Terms of Service for iXTB

1. Description of Services iXTB provides trading signals, market analysis, educational content, and a community platform ("Trading Room") for informational and educational purposes only.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Warsaw Poland
